Exchange and Return Policy

Your customer satisfaction is very important to us at Bedtimeplace.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 30 days of the original purchase. Products will not be accepted for returns after 30 days of the original purchase.

All returns of non-defective items must be in their original packaging and in "new/unused" condition. We cannot accept returns of used, opened or washed bedding.

Before mailing a return or exchange, please send us an an email to returns@bedtimeplace.com or call us at 973-810-5613 in order to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. This is necessary for all returns.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that looks used, worn or damaged.

Some products may incur a restocking fee.

If you receive an order that is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange for pick up and replacement of the order.

Refunds on return products will be issued within 2-4 weeks of return of item.

Shipping/handling is non-refundable.

Return shipping is paid by customer unless merchandise is defective.

CD's can only be refunded or exchanged if they are sealed in the original packaging.

Time To Ship
Most items ship within 24 hours. Items that do not ship within 24 hours are marked (see item page). Some items can take 5-7 days to ship.

Standard Shipping (48 Continental United States)
Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on weight and destination. The charge for standard shipping is determined by order $ total. See our shipping information page for more details.

2 Day Shipping(48 Continental United States)
A flat rate of $31.00 is charged for all orders shipped for second day delivery. Because of their size and weight some items may require additional shipping charges. If this is the case you will be contacted about the additional charges before your credit card is charged and before the item ships.

Next Day Shipping(48 Continental United States)
A flat rate of $60.00 is charged for all orders shipped for next day delivery. Because of their size and weight some items may require additional shipping charges. If this is the case you will be contacted about the additional charges before your credit card is charged and before the item ships.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping rates will be emailed to you for approval after the order is placed, before it is shipped and before you are charged.

Shipping Outside the United States

Sales Tax
A 7% sales tax will be charged New Jersey residents for all items except clothing. Please note that NJ collects tax on the shipping fee as well.
